Next to where it says Forums on the navbar, I suggest implimenting a page called Scammers and it lists all known scammers/scammers that have been banned, along with their skype and any other info we have on them. When purchasing something, people can go there and make sure that it's not one of the people listed there.

Not really, the scammers wouldn't all be banned/have known MC-M names.

There's just 1 problem. It takes less than a second to change your name.

Would take too much effort to update every time someone scams - some kind of form system or application page like https://kohi.net/betray/ would be better.

This is actually a really good suggestion. Other communites I've been with in the past have used this system and many scams were stopped. Of course some will go to further extents but it still is useful.

This could be a side-by-side deal with Scam Reports, that when a user is banned due to scamming, they have their name listed by the moderators. There could also be a form where you could list impersonators with proof much like a scam report and the mod could use those as templates for posting new names instead of getting spammed with threads and PMs!

Really love the idea! MCM you should put this in consideration it would help and a lot less scams!

Update - They added banned users back, hopefully they will also process this request

If a user scammed, the user would be banned which would show that you should not deal with them.

You're basically asking for a DNDW list which is removed.
