I submitted a support ticket and the guy that responded didn't even know how to spell or read. Another time I was up at like 4 in the morning and another NZ staff member 'helped' me but was completely oblivious as to what was happening. And whenever minehq gets any NZ staff members they are always pretty fucking stupid too (S/O to Xiferance)
