Kohi-Like Punishment Plugin

Hello, I am looking for a punishment plugin sort-of like kohi's. I need something that logs players ip addressees and if you ban them it tells you how many they own and ip-bans them all. I also would like it to have messages that players with certain permission nodes can see like for an example

-The text in red only goes to online staff members.
-The text in green goes to everyone.

The price is negotiable but currently I am looking in the $60 range. I will go higher if necessary.

No. MongoDB comes with no authentication by default. Sure, it's more secure in the sense that you don't get SQL injections, but things like JavaScript injection attacks are possible, and obviously lack of firewall + no authentication configured = woohoo! Free MongoDB server hosting for me!
