Kohi SG /broadcast

I need a plugin that allows players with ranks (like a permission node to use it and a permission node to use it with no cooldown) to be able to type /broadcast and it will use bungeecord's /alert to send a global message across the network.

The cooldown should be about 30 minutes. A permission node to use it every 30 minutes and a permission node to use it with no cooldown. I want the message to show the player rank and player name who did /broadcast and the rest is in the screenshot above.

actually made me laugh.. skript totally isnt shit and lags the server.. I totally didn't mention I needed it to work with bungee..

That will be hard you know , whenever someone broadcast it will have to say which SG server are they in. SG Plugin you are using will have to have the broadcast feature.

That's not how it works, the plugin with be in each server and I can easily edit the SG game number JBytedit in each server for it to work.
