Today we come to MCM to try to find a developer that is interested in working with us on our newest project. As well as become a part of the KoonKraft Team.


A Little bit about us:


KoonKraft has been a known network for the past 4 years in the minecraft community, reaching server high records as 1250 players at our prime. We had various servers in many genres. We've had a great past and people very much enjoyed our Faction, HCF and Prison servers, most of which gaining large popularity from our YouTube channels. Having these large servers comes with high responsibility and eventually leads to great experience. About 3 Months ago, we decided to take a small break from the minecraft community and shut down operations to work on College / High School. The additional factor in the owners taking a break, was that our developer who had been working with us for 3 years had decided he wanted to become a freelance developer and left us in the dust, while we were working on a project. We now resume where we left off, but this time in need of a developer.

The Project:

This project that we're working on is recreating one our most successful servers in the past. This is our Hardcore Factions server. We took it down back 2 years ago due to lack of funds, as our build team was ripping us off. We now look at the potential in this operation as a vast majority of the HCF community can't wait for KoonKraft HCF to make its return. Recently HCF in a whole has been very dull, but we have a whole new mind set into making our server 10x better. One thing that has always made KoonKraft known was its concentration in originality.

What were looking for:


We're on the search for a developer that is highly skilled in plugin development. Is available to work with us on demand, does not rush operations and thoroughly knows what they're doing. If you were apart of our team we would speak with you on a day to day basis on working on our project, once the project is completed we will be working on critics on the "project" as of how we could make it better, as well as having you fixing bugs / mistakes as we go. Depending on how much work has been done per month will create the outcome of your payment monthly. If it's a hefty month with lots of coding your paycheck will be much larger. This is minecraft we all have lives, we understand you will not be with us 24/7. We use slack as our way of communication with our staff team, and this how we would communicate with you.

Hey there , i can't really help you code your plugins or anything but i can offer my services to your configurations to a good looking standard

Unfortunately we are not interested, as we have various people who already work for us as we have a system administrater and configurations are done by the owners.

Mostly set monthly payment, but if the "dev" does more work in a specific month we will obviously pay more / but based by project if they do more work if that makes sense.

Min: Around $300 if there's a month we're our "dev" does little to nothing we would decrease pay for that month. We don't have "working hours" as this is minecraft, we do occasionally have deadlines but we would like you to be able to be contacted through slack if needed, which is a mobile app.

Just because it's Minecraft doesn't mean weekly working hours shouldn't be assigned. For $300, I'd work maybe 6 hours a week, lol.
