Hey folks!

The name's Genegerbread, and I'm the Owner of Kornoth Factions. We're a 1.15 Factions server that is currently in development. We currently have a solid staff team of 4 people (including myself). Despite our small numbers, we've gotten a lot done, including the amazing spawn built by MCGamerZ, who has legitimate experience with the Wynncraft Build Team! While it isn't done, we've been seeing a lot of amazing progress from this one-man builder-- as well as from the staff team in general-- and we're excited to continue.

With knowledge behind permissions, server management and plugins in general, our small staff team knows what's up. Now, we're just looking for more people who could fill certain positions that we're looking for. Here's the positions we're currently looking to fill:

[TAKEN] Community Administrator: Essentially, you'd be in charge of the server's community. Your responsibilities include making announcements in tandem with the Owner, creating community events (for holidays, celebrations, etc.), and working with players to solve certain issues. In regards to support, you'd be the one conversing with those who need help, and you'd be receiving data from other Administrators if needed. For this role, we're looking for some who's:

1. Outgoing and comfortable with regularly interacting with other players
   
   
2. Able to maintain a high level of respect and remain calm, even when the situation with a player gets rough
   
   
3. Well-spoken and can write using correct grammar

[TAKEN] Staff Team Administrator: This Administrator would be in charge of the staff team. From organizing and holding occasional staff meetings to investigating issues reported by other staff members, this is somebody who manages the staff's actions and what they should be doing on the server. This person will contribute any data or information in terms of support. For this role, we're looking for someone who's:

1. Able to keep a group of trained staff members organized
   
   
2. Willing to hold meetings to keep the team up to date with what's going on with the server (and the team)
   
   
3. Possessing the ability to accurately judge staff member applications

[TAKEN] Moderators (3): We're also looking for 3 Moderators, which would bring our Mod team's total up to 5. These people will be responsible for keeping track of players and different things going on throughout the server. This wouldn't entail as much activity, but we're still expecting you to be dedicated to the server.

[OPEN] Helpers (3): To allow for backup, we're looking for 3 Helpers. This is a more lightweight rank for those who want to be resourceful, but can't contribute as often. In a sense, Helper will probably be a pre-Moderator rank for many players.
