KOTH and Parties Plugin (Savage Outposts error also)

So I have the savage outposts plugin and out of no where it stopped working and will only work with a factions hook but I have a skyblock server, so that is my first issue I need help with. My second question is, can KoTH work with/or hook into the Parties Plugin?

Thanks, Its just weird cause it worked without factions and it says its supposed to.
