What he's suggesting is that it may be too simple to sell at all, and that you may actually make a sale if you keep it exclusive.
However, I do kinda like the peaks. They're not fantastic, but they're okay. I'd recommend adding some trees, and actually drawing a square around the edge of the koth, then filling up the empty space with trees, ponds, waterfalls, maybe some small structures, grass and flowers, etc. Make it feel more populated.

Pretty much what they said, add more detail and such. The mountains look ok, try making a lot more then 1 large mountain, have a couple smaller ones around it progressing to the middle. And where's the cap point? GLWS
