KoTH, Rankup, and DeluxeMenus

Looking for someone to configure these on my server with the items I specify.

KoTH:
Have 2 KoTH areas built. Need them configured to run at specific times of the day everyday.

Rankup:
I have 13 ranks I need configured in rankup to hook with luckyperms, and rank a person up with a certain amount of money. I do not need you to make the ranks or configure the ranks, just the rankup system.

DeluxeMenus:
11 Kits need to be added to one of my menus which already has other kits in it. Must be able to open it and view items. But as stated, there are other kits in the menu to base your configuration off of. You do not need to make these kits, just add them to the deluxemenu config based off of my essentials config items.
