I have to agree with ninjas here. Even I would make some of these KOTHS for less than their BIN, and I'm a very expensive builder if I do decide to build.

Apart from that, do you have any proof of ownership?
Such as pictures of the builds while in progress.

These are not "cheap" KOTHS they are actually quite pricey as they posted above. Id suggest these prices would be more fair.
