Hello MCM, today I am looking to sell my Minecraft server KronosPvP. I bought this off of a friend and ran it for a bit but haven't had time to focus on it. This server made $3,000 when I managed it a while back. Then it shut down sold and now I rebought it. I didn't do much other then get another domain and work on the files. I never got the discord. The files are amazing and allowed the server to make $3,000+ meaning they can be improved and you can sit back, relax, and enjoy more money Also amazing hand drawn graphics I must include! Buying them gives you full rights over them and yes I have resell rights.

Well, there are very nice crate GUI's, wands, great configs, lot's of stuff and I guess it all worked considering it made a decent amount of donations.

I may be willing to put down a decent bid on the server, however there’s a few things that could do with come clarification.

I understand the original owner got scammed by his partner who sold the server to you, however you and the original owner are okay with that? That still leaves the partner. If he has scammed in the past, he could do so again. What assets of the server does he own / have?

• Did he pay for the logo shown on the thread, or was that you or the original owner?
• He said he has access to the original domain, is this true?
• Does he have a copy of all the server files and builds, either the latest version or a slightly older verson?

To answer your question, the original server was sold to Coleton, which had its original domain, as well as the plugins. The original domain was kronospvp.net. The domain that Intregal purchased was the .us and .org version of the server. He does not own the original domain. With that being said, DahVoid did partially own the server (50-50) with his partner. He states he has given Intregal all rights to sell the server as he now has all rights to the server. The only problem here is that the person who owns the original domain technically has all rights to the server, even without consent of the owners, because the server was technically already sold to him. Now, with all of this being said, Champay did scam DahVoid out of the server, however, in my opinion, once the server is sold it’s sold. This would mean Coleton would have all rights to the server, because even though one owner didnt agree to the transaction of selling the server, there obviously was not a contract in place and it was sold, leaving him with zero rights. DahVoid, nothing against you my guy. We are chill asf, but just wanted to tell my perspective from a completey unbiased point of view. I know exactly what happened here, and wanted to explain to Fire, in detail.

So technically, Intregal has rights to sell the plugins (with consent of DahVoid), and the domains, however it will not be the original domain. DahVoid never gave him rights to use them though, Champay scammed the community. NewsLetter attempted to make a copy though.
