Hello MCM, today I am looking to sell my Minecraft server KronosPvP. I bought this off of a friend and ran it for a bit but haven't had time to focus on it. This server made $3,000 when I managed it a while back. Then it shut down sold and now I rebought it. I didn't do much other then get another domain and work on the files. I never got the discord. The files are amazing and allowed the server to make $3,000+ meaning they can be improved and you can sit back, relax, and enjoy more money Also amazing hand drawn graphics I must include! Buying them gives you full rights over them and yes I have resell rights.

Hm, the funny part is, is that I am the one who has access to the real domain and the real artwork as well as all of the real files. This is hilarious.

Sorry, you don’t own the files and don’t have permission to use them. Champay scummed his players and created a bad reputation behind this while DahVoid owned the domains he gave me the two he had. DahVoid owns the files

I own the original domain, I own the website, the buycraft, and the artwork. own half of the server. And I don’t want you selling stuff that I, I payed for.

I own KronosPvP.us and KronosPvP.org the rest was sold without DahVoid’s permission and Champay went behind his back. Champay didn’t pay for anything and he took the domain you have so that is what I am selling the files and domains. DahVoid paid for the website you have and payed for all of it so you can thank him. Still going to be selling what I own. NewsLetter is the one who tried creating a copy and wanted to use me since I own files and domain so talk to him.[DOUBLEPOST=1526497836][/DOUBLEPOST]

I may be willing to put down a decent bid on the server, however there’s a few things that could do with come clarification.

I understand the original owner got scammed by his partner who sold the server to you, however you and the original owner are okay with that? That still leaves the partner. If he has scammed in the past, he could do so again. What assets of the server does he own / have?

• Did he pay for the logo shown on the thread, or was that you or the original owner?
• He said he has access to the original domain, is this true?
• Does he have a copy of all the server files and builds, either the latest version or a slightly older verson?

DahVoid paid for the logo.
I have access to the domains KronosPvP.us and KronosPvP.org given to me by DahVoid.
I have the latest files and only me and DahVoid are allowed to use them. Upon purchase you may.

I didnt pay for the logo, but there was never a TOS from the logo designer so...

To be honest, now that both of you own these domains and each own rights to different parts of the server, there is a huge issue if you both even considered making KronosPvP a thing again. Not to mention its horrible reputation, and the fact that DahVoid was scammed by Champay. I think if one of you personally sold it to the other, and just left it, it would be best decision. The way this is looking, neither of you can make Kronos a thing without selling your assets to the other who owns the other half of the server. Lol. I can ensure you that nobody is going to buy the server at this point knowing the current state of its domains/files and how they are split between 2 people. (not to mention it isnt worth much while the assets are split)

Would not buy this server, all the files are stolen from other servers and alot of people have access to them two people own it. And the name just has a bad reputation with Champay Scumming Void and not paying out F top

I now own all domains and rights to the logo. Resolved. Lol.
