Hey! I'm Kryiin, formerly known as Xeno, the owner of the Mobius Build Team. I'm now assistant director of Astrium (https://twitter.com/AstriumBT) a large and prestigious build team consisting of a group of prestigious builders handpicked for their skills.
I have been building for approximately 3 years and am constantly trying to learn and hone my building skills. I have a somewhat unique style of building, mainly due to the fact that I'm a self-taught builder and I'd love to implement it into server builds for people to use. I am not new to the minecraft building market and have 2 years of experience, working with clients.

Terms of Service
All of my products are to be paid the total amount first before the file is sent over via Skype. If there any problems with the build, the client may contact me within 2 weeks after the initial purchase.
All commissions are to be paid an upfront of 50% before I start on them to make sure that my time is not being wasted. When the build is complete, they pay the rest of the total amount and the file would be sent via Skype. Progression pictures will be available during the process when a reasonable amount of progress has been made on the build to show.
Files may also be sent via Dropbox or as a world file

Prices vary depending on specifications and details of the build.
Spawns:
Small 50x50 spawn - ~$20
Medium 100x100 spawn - ~$30
Large 150-200x spawn - ~$60-80
Prison Mines:
Simple, 'symmetrical' (of any size) - $5
HQ, 'asymmetrical' :
50x50 - $10
80x80 - $15
100x100 - $25
Hubs:
Small 100x100 Hub - $40
Medium 150x150 Hub - $50
Large 200x200 Hub - $60+
Custom Builds:
Quotes will be sent after the details and specifications are discussed over Skype.
