Yes you can but 1. That VPN probably keeps logs and sells that information to other companies if it is that cheap, Our VPN's don't keep logs and are very high quality. 2. It's not just the VPN that matters look at all the other services being provided there. If anything this service is underpriced.
Trust me here I am a specialist when It comes to internet security. Don't leave yourself vulnerable to the darkness...
