I'm not trying to be rude, however I thought I'd point out two typos in your thread design:
"independet" - in the first paragraph, should be "independent"
"nogiatianble" - in the TOS, should be "negotiable"

Other than that it looks great, and I was wondering if you did complete essentials language files?

Thank's for pointing it out, There were alot of changes with the shop that went from a three people to me independent.
