I don't take any sort of commission from your work. What you make is yours. You'll get a place on the "Meet the team" page on the website, as well as a flat design style portrait for it. Within the team, we help eachother out as much as we can. You'll be displayed as a creator on our public discord server that has over 200 members on it. Think of KD as free advertisement, basically. You can keep working under your own name, but its appreciated if on your thread it mentions KryptonDesigns in some capacity. Ideally, a few templates would be created to sell on kryptondesigns.co.uk to help cover the costs of the website. Details of that can be discussed later on.
