My name is Keegan, better known as Ksports1 around the Minecraft Server Community. I am here to tell you about myself and what I do.
What do I do?
Well, good question. What I do I classify as "Staff Management". Basically, this is the role one plays in a community managing the Staff Team of a Server. I have a lot of goals, and I never rest until the whole team is at it's very best, which is definitely a +1 for a Server looking into hiring me. Resilience is a very big part of a Leader, which is what I do. I have a lot of resilience, and that overall is another +1, especially if the case is you need a Staff Team brought back from a low-point, or overall just needs work to succeed. I personally, of course, strive to make the Staff Team I am working with is as efficient as possible. When the whole Team is working efficiently and is at their best, the rest of the team is as well.
What is special about you compared to other SM's?
I am very mature, efficient, good with teams, experienced, and I never rest until my project is done perfectly. Another thing that makes me very special is I like to get input from not only the Staff Team themselves, but the community as well.
What are some of techniques and how would you go about Managing my Staff Team?
Well, of course the first thing I do is meet with you, the Owner. The most important thing is to make sure everyone is happy, I need to make sure everyone is happy with their current, their surrounding Members, and also the way the Team is ran. It is very big to make sure that the steps you take are okay with the members, which is why I ALWAYS make sure that my members are aware and informed with the current updates and new features being rapidly pushed out to make sure the Team is as efficient and at their best.
What would some of my roles be and what would I do?
- Maintaining the quality and efficiency of the Work the Staff Team does.
- Announcing current Staff Team changes.
- Picking and Monitoring potential Promotions/Demotions.
- Manage and create on boarding and hierarchy Documents.
- Pushing out constant efficient Staff Team updates.
- Etc. that involves the Staff Team.
