I am looking for a hosting that offers the cheapest as possible kvm vps or dedicated server with 16GB of ram.
Must be hosted in the EU, As close as possible to italy.
No more than 20/25€

I would suggest Kimsufi as well, cheap and reliable.

I already know Kimsufi and i already used it but the bandwidth of 100Mbp/s is scaring me cause it's not a lot, i will host an ark server plus teamspeak and website so idk if it is enought

100 Mbps is more than enough.

If your budget is only 25 euro then you shouldn’t really expect more than 100Mbps.

Online.net or Scaleway might have a solution.
