Anti-Cheat + Staff plugin​

hello my name is Kwini and i'm looking for an plugin that when the players report an hacker it will send it to an staff. When the staff is in staff mode what will they get is these tools that would have different items in there hot bar and can do different things like look if there kill Aura and hack and staff can ban or freeze them to screen share them on skype.

My budget will depend on how much i have left when my server done because im putting 250 into my HCF server and the if i have rest will be on a this plugin that i want thank for reading!.
