Very disappointed in this service. I first started out asking them if they could make me a custom avatar. It was all smooth at first. His co-worker said he would have it done between 1-2 days. I sent his friend the $4. Kyarts did verify that the money has been sent to him. I asked the co-owner how the art was coming. He said it would be done after school that day. Then he said he hasn't been payed yet. Kyarts told him that I payed. I asked the co-worker when would the avatar be done. He didnt respond for three days. He said yes sorry at school. 14 hours later I asked him for a pic or an update of the work but he said not at my computer right now I will in the morning. Another day passes then he says I cant do it because the sword you want me to do wont work. So that infasizes that he hasn't started the work till four days after the payment when he said it would be done in one-two days. Then he told me that my skin will not work with the rig he uses. I said it is ok, forget it just send back the $4. He said I am only sending back $2 because no refunds. I still haven't received the two dollars since Friday and today is Sunday. Shouldn't I get all $4 back. It isn't technically a refund. Refund is once you have gotten the work back and do not like it and request your money back. I Pm'ed Teal Darken, Kyarts co-worker and asked him if his friend sent the money. He said idk ask him then more dialogue went on between us and he began insulting me.

If you are looking for an artist/designer I would not recommend you do business with these guys. Kyarts is a nice guy, but his co-worker is holding back his business. His co-worker is very unprofessional, not diligent, and disrespectful. They both are not responsize on getting back to there customers! I spent my time writing this to warn you about them. I hope can get my money back and spend it on a designer that respects their costumers.

I am sorry to here that.... I tried talking to the owner (KyArts) and told him about his partner and he ignored me and kept saying join my server... Glad that you are reporting him , let justice be served. Wish I could have told you sooner so it would'nt have happend to you :/
