It's not too bad, but definitely would fix the hat, bow tie or neck. The hat seems to flat and the red is not equal. The bow tie looks completely flat as well. I would try curving the bow tie and hat more, also probably make the shoulders wide.

He's going to have a hard time with business if he doesn't have solid vouches from the product. If he doesn't want to do them because they "take too long", sounds like a lazy producer. Vouch copies are something almost every seller needs for their product.

Sellers dont "Need" to give out vouch copies. They do it to get extra advertisement and vouches for them nothing else.

Pretty good but I'd do what the other guy said. Also work on your shading a bit. I could probably go on about shading but in general, kind a light source in mind and stick to it. It's also worth noting that skin usually gets redder as it gets darker, it's not just the same color but darker. There are plenty of things I could point out but you get it. Everyone's gotta start from somewhere so just keep practicing and most of this stuff will eventually come to you naturally (and be sure to look at lots of reference)
