Up-keeping the performance and stability of a Minecraft server requires great effort from administrators. Everyday they ensure that plugins work, whilst simultaneously chasing after bugs and inconsistencies. These responsibilities take away precious time from what they could be doing, such as growing their server and focusing on their community.

Laanaya is offering more than hosting and system administration, as we’re aiming to take over these responsibilities pro-actively. We’re keen in building long-term relationships where both parties benefit and support each other. Seeing (and referring to) each other as partners.

Our services include, but are not limited to:
  • Performance patches in the form of custom plugins, custom server jars or configuration.
  • System administration, server setups, migrations and backups.
  • Crash prevention and pro-active activity monitoring of production servers.
  • In-game troubleshooting for any type of server to resolve issues.
  • Access to developers who are fluent in Java and Kotlin.*
  • Consultation calls (Slack) to discuss performance or future wishes.
  • Service Level Agreement of 99% (https://uptime.is/99)
We’re also able to supply you up with an emergency phone number for US and EU citizens, for if anything needs immediate attention. Dedicated slack channels come included for anyone who chooses to partner up with us, on top of daily backups which we pay for. Interested in finding more? Visit https://laanaya.org/ or add Bobcycle#2922.

If there is anything you'd like to be done (which is not listed in this thread), just send us a quick message and we'll be happy to assist you. Our prices right now are very competitive whilst we are getting our first customers.
