Hello, I work as an administrator for the server LabMC, and we are currently looking for a new staff manager willing to help enhance our staff team.
The server's discord had over 1.4k discord members before it got griefed, however still quickly earned back 600 of them. The server has a bunch of custom plugins and great potential, with a rapidly growing community and with a growing community comes a growing number of people applying for staff.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for a professional and mature staff manager that can handle the staff team and make sure everything is done right.
Requirements:
At least 16 years of age
Professional
Mature
Time, you can't constantly be away.
Your tasks:
Managing applications and making sure the team is not too small, but not too big either.
Managing promotions/demotions fairly and at a fitting rate.
Managing staff in general and make sure they know how to do their job.
Managing a few staff documents that will be presented to you when you are hired.
