Have you had any past experience?
- Hysteria - I started off as a helper on this network doing what regular staff members do then I started doing strings for the server as that is what I would like to be doing on this network for all the staff members. After they saw my determination I was promoted to Moderator as I still continued to work non-stop to get strings out for all the staff members. After being on the network I decided to resign because the staff team was becoming corrupt and extremely toxic.
- MystiHcf - I started off as a mod on MystiHcf and my job was basically to monitor chat and watch players and see if they are cheating or not. I have experience with screen sharing and that was part of my job. I didn't do strings during this point in the period but I started shortly after. After being on there for about a month I was promoted to admin and I would bring new ideas to the server to try to improve it as a server. After about another 2 months I was then promoted to Co-Owner of the server and me and the owner created a bond. After about another month due to school issues, I had to resign.
Are you staff on any other servers currently?
No I currently resigned on Hysteria as I said before, the staff team was extremely corrupt and toxic and I didn't want to be apart of a team like that.
Why should you be chosen as a Staff member?
I feel that with me being a staff member I can bring a lot of my methods and strings to help the staff team out. I feel my dedication has been great on other servers and I feel I can do a lot. I want to improve this server and want to see it succeed. I feel with my string finding skills and ss skills I can help the server remove many cheaters and help the staff out with being able to find more. This is a great network and I feel I can make it greater and become one of the most popular servers with my skills and what I can bring.
- Responsible // Maturity - I feel that I am a very responsible person and a staff member should always be mature and take things seriously. I can be fun and be chill when things don't need to be done but when there is a situation that needs to be resolved I take it very seriously. I'm here to help the server out as much as possible and bring a new aspect to the server. I look at being a staff member as a job, you should always treat your players as you would treat your customers.
- Dedication - When its comes to someone giving me a chance at something I'm always going to put my hardest effort into the job and always going to show how much dedication I have towards a server. I will help a server out as much as I'm possibly capable of and I'm always willing to do anything it takes to get the task done.
- Reasonable - I've learned over being on other servers to give people a chance to defend themselves and no matter the cause as long as it's not a troll I would listen and consider to what they have to say.I am a very reasonable person and am willing to listen to the cause no matter what and if you provide me enough proof for a certain situation on why things should be changed I am willing to change as this can go along with being non-bias.
- Bias - I'm not a bias person at all. No matter the situation I will do what should be done. If the person who is banned is my friend and if I feel they were hacking I will not unban them. No matter how the person sounds or how weird they act I will always look at the situation and whichever is the best decision I will choose.
- Honesty - I am a very honest person and will never lie about something serious or in general. I'm a very upfront chill person and will always take anything seriously. As a staff member being honest and friendly is always a priority.
- How to treat players - I feel treating players with respect is always a priority and should always be done. Like I said before I view being a staff member as if I'm an employee and I treat the players as if they were customers. I treat them with respect and feel any question is a good question. No matter how they sound, look, and their race I will treat them equally no matter what. Having respect for players will want them to come back and play more and possibly bring their friends allowing for the server to become more populated. I love helping out people and will be in Team speak assisting as many players as possible trying to resolve their problems.
- Screensharing - I have much experience with screen sharing as on Hysteria I and Sru taught players how to ss. I have many clients allowing me to always be looking for new methods to get out to our staff members so they have a better way of locating different clients. I'm always looking for unique methods that other servers don't have allowed for them not to be patched as quickly and I have unique methods that I'm willing to bring to the server and teach newer staff members.
- String Finding - String finding takes dedication and time. Strings consist of looking at numbers and letters comparing them and I'd like to say I have a skill with this and I'm dedicated to taking the time to do so to help out with the server in any way. I'm always looking for new strings for when they get patched to get another one out to our staff members so they are always able to find people using clients. When I'm pulled in to do a job as I said before I take this as a job and when I'm asked to have something done I get it done quickly and correctly and I feel that's what makes me different from other string finders.
Why do you want to become Staff?
I want to become staff because I feel what I can bring to this server could be a lot and I think I could help a lot with strings and newer methods. I never give false punishments, I make sure that every punishment I give is just. I have experience that many others don't, I am mature. I act properly no matter what the situation may be, I keep a calm mind. I do not break under pressure, if anything, I rise under pressure.
I am always open to learning new things, I listen to what everyone has to say and consider what they have to say. If I am unfamiliar with something, I will make sure that I study whatever that situation is before I go in and try to handle it. I will ask someone for help if they are available of course, as it would be foolish to not get help from someone else that knows how to handle what I can not.The reason I should be staff is that I am capable of handling any situation that is thrown at me, I am also kind and respectful to all players as a staff. I make sure that everyone has fair treatment, and that everyone follows the rules. No one has special privileges in my eyes, I believe that everyone should be treated equally.
No situation is too much for me, I readily accept any information involving the situation I am in so that I can solve the problem. I make sure that everything is the way it should be, I become friends with every single player (at least I try to).
I am also quite good at screen sharing, although I am open to learning how to find new things. I have a lot of potential within me and I can bring great things to this server and help it out in many ways. I don't want to join just because of strings but I feel I can bring along many new ideas to the server.I will be active, my time played will not drop. I am a man of my word, I don't lie about things such as this. Whenever I am given a chance, I accept the chance I am given and prove my worth. I will not fail this server, nor will I fail the players in need, whatever I say I will do, it will be done.
I think my string finding skill is very unique and I want to bring it to a great server where I can teach staff members what I have learned. Many may not want to take on the challenge of being a string finder as it does take time and dedication. It can be frustrating when strings are patched withing hours or days but I'm willing to bring my unique skill to the server. I want to bring my new ideas to help this server grow and become something better than it already is.
What puts you over other applicants?
I feel I'm better than other staff members because of my string finding skills and the speed I can do it at. It may take me a while but I can assure you I'm dedicated to doing it and when asked to find something I will get the job done while others won't be as dedicated as me. I have many clients and I'm always looking for new methods. I'm not asking for much other than when a new client comes out just a little support on paying for it. I would also like to point out that I am much more active than other players. It may not show when I'm on the server but It will show when I put out strings and new methods to people.
As said before my work ethic is extremely high and I'm always willing to learn something new while other staff members may only being doing something when forced and I'm always going to be looking for new and unique methods to put out to our staff team. This is a part of who I am and how I was taught. String finding takes time and a skillful person to be doing it. Most people don't want to take the time to look for strings that are being patched quickly and easily while I'm always on top of things and am always putting out new strings to our fellow staff team.
Not many people know how to find strings which makes me stand out from others as a unique individual and I feel that the staff team needs someone who is unique and is always bringing out new ideas and new this to help the server. My skills and dedication are hard to come by and my activity is very high while it may not show always on the server with me being on but with my work, I'm doing with strings and new methods will always show.
