Why you should be staff
I am also quite good at screen sharing, although I am open to learning how to find new things. I have a lot of potential within me and I can bring great things to this server and help it out in many ways. I don't want to join just because of strings but I feel I can bring along many new ideas to the server.I will be active, my time played will not drop. I am a man of my word, I don't lie about things such as this. Whenever I am given a chance, I accept the chance I am given and prove my worth. I will not fail this server, nor will I fail the players in need, whatever I say I will do, it will be done.
I think my string finding skill is very unique and I want to bring it to a great server where I can teach staff members what I have learned. Many may not want to take on the challenge of being a string finder as it does take time and dedication. It can be frustrating when strings are patched withing hours or days but I'm willing to bring my unique skill to the server. I want to bring my new ideas to help this server grow and become something better than it already is.
Me Vs. Other Applications - I am always open to learning new things, I listen to what everyone has to say and consider what they have to say. If I am unfamiliar with something, I will make sure that I study whatever that situation is before I go in and try to handle it. I will ask someone for help if they are available of course, as it would be foolish to not get help from someone else that knows how to handle what I can not. No situation is too much for me, I readily accept any information involving the situation I am in so that I can solve the problem. I make sure that everything is the way it should be, I become friends with every single player (at least I try to).The reason I should be staff is that I am capable of handling any situation that is thrown at me, I am also kind and respectful to all players as a staff. I make sure that everyone has fair treatment, and that everyone follows the rules. No one has special privileges in my eyes, I believe that everyone should be treated equally.
- Responsible // Maturity - I feel that I am a very responsible person and a staff member should always be mature and take things seriously. I can be fun and be chill when things don't need to be done but when there is a situation that needs to be resolved I take it very seriously. I'm here to help the server out as much as possible and bring a new aspect to the server. I look at being a staff member as a job, you should always treat your players as you would treat your customers.
- Dedication - When its comes to someone giving me a chance at something I'm always going to put my hardest effort into the job and always going to show how much dedication I have towards a server. I will help a server out as much as I'm possibly capable of and I'm always willing to do anything it takes to get the task done.
- Reasonable - I've learned over being on other servers to give people a chance to defend themselves and no matter the cause as long as it's not a troll I would listen and consider to what they have to say.I am a very reasonable person and am willing to listen to the cause no matter what and if you provide me enough proof for a certain situation on why things should be changed I am willing to change as this can go along with being non-bias.
- Bias - I'm not a bias person at all. No matter the situation I will do what should be done. If the person who is banned is my friend and if I feel they were hacking I will not unban them. No matter how the person sounds or how weird they act I will always look at the situation and whichever is the best decision I will choose.
- Honesty - I am a very honest person and will never lie about something serious or in general. I'm a very upfront chill person and will always take anything seriously. As a staff member being honest and friendly is always a priority.
- How to treat players - I feel treating players with respect is always a priority and should always be done. Like I said before I view being a staff member as if I'm an employee and I treat the players as if they were customers. I treat them with respect and feel any question is a good question. No matter how they sound, look, and their race I will treat them equally no matter what. Having respect for players will want them to come back and play more and possibly bring their friends allowing for the server to become more populated. I love helping out people and will be in Team speak assisting as many players as possible trying to resolve their problems.
- Screensharing - I have much experience with screen sharing as on Hysteria I and Sru taught players how to ss. I have many clients allowing me to always be looking for new methods to get out to our staff members so they have a better way of locating different clients. I'm always looking for unique methods that other servers don't have allowed for them not to be patched as quickly and I have unique methods that I'm willing to bring to the server and teach newer staff members.
- String Finding - String finding takes dedication and time. Strings consist of looking at numbers and letters comparing them and I'd like to say I have a skill with this and I'm dedicated to taking the time to do so to help out with the server in any way. I'm always looking for new strings for when they get patched to get another one out to our staff members so they are always able to find people using clients. When I'm pulled in to do a job as I said before I take this as a job and when I'm asked to have something done I get it done quickly and correctly and I feel that's what makes me different from other string finders.
How do you treat players
As a staff member, I treat players with the most respect possible. I treat being a staff member as a job and the players as our customers. If you want a customer to come back and tell their friends about your business you need to treat them right and make sure they have a good experience with you and I feel I can do that for hysteria. No matter what question a player is it will be answered. No question is a stupid question and all questions will be answered no matter what race or how you talk.
Do you have any experience as a staff member
Hysteria - I started off as a helper on this network doing what regular staff members do then I started doing strings for the server as that is what I would like to be doing on this network for all the staff members. After they saw my determination I was promoted to Moderator as I still continued to work non-stop to get strings out for all the staff members. After being on the network I decided to resign because the staff team was becoming corrupt and extremely toxic. The staff team didn't appreciate what I did for them with strings too. This has been the biggest network I was on.
