LandLord Plugin update 1.12

My server is running LandLord since 1.8 with the version 1.11 i was able to use the plugin with special source injected with spigot. Now with the 1.12 the plugin is no longer working. Im looking for somewone who can update the plugin. The source is avalaible here: https://github.com/jcdesimp/Landlord
