Lands war plugin (Functionality/summary):

The plugin would have to replace lands war system. It would work like Domination, there would be placeable control points in the land being attacked. they would be craftable and able for admins/owners of the claim to place, there would be a maximum of three within each claim. (configurable number within configs.) they would be useless and function like a normal block until a war starts Where the capture points would become unbreakable that way the war doesn't get messed up then it would work like every other domination game mode where Over time if the enemy stays within a radius (visible beacon/particles/etc) of the capture point they gain control of it a boss bar would show the progress of capturing it. If the enemy controls the capture point, that Nation/Land starts gaining points, but if a defender comes back to regain control the enemy will stop gaining points.



War Preparation

Before the war begins defenders will need to place down a set number of control points, default three which would need to be configurable within the configs. During this phase control points act like vanilla blocks being able to be broken, picked up and placed if possible only by the admin/owner of the claim. The defenders will need to place the control points in their claim to defend against the attackers before the war starts. If the capture points are not placed in this phase it will cancel the war.

War

During this phase everyone in both claims/nations will need x lifes when someone runs out they will be unable to respawn until the war is over. The default time for a war is x minutes (this is already configurable within land configs). When the war starts all control points would be owned by the defending side. Control points will need to be unbreakable during the war phase this way wars won't be messed up If an attacker/defender stands inside the radius of the control point captured by the other side (radius will need to be configurable and visible by rather beacon, particles, or some method) they gain will control of it however they must stand inside the radius for x seconds to do so and it can be recaptured by the other side the same way.

  • For every new attacker/defender that stands on the control point the timer will be reduced by x second.
  • If an attacker/defender steps out of the radius and no other attackers/defenders are on the point there will be an x second delay before the timer for the control point starts counting back to the x second start.
  • If an attacker/defender stands in the uncontested control point radius they will increase the timer by x second as it counts back to the x second start.
  • If 1 defender stands in the control point radius and there is x attacker the time wont change and it will be contested.
  • If there is an equal number of players from both sides on a point the progress would halt until there is a majority of one's side.

Whenever a control point is controlled by the attackers they gain x point every x seconds.
