Get a razer blade laptop if you want to use it gaming but if you just want school and editing I would suggest a mac book

Isn't listed on their blade page. Also the OP wants to do gaming which these days can be quite limiting with only 512 GB as the max:

Not to mention the bezels look almost an inch.
If the OP wants a quality laptop for under 1k, razer probably isn't the best option.

This is the same one that MinecraftDesigns posted, but a lot cheaper. I have this one and it is the most amazing thing ever, not even kidding. I can run about 20 tabs, Sony Vegas, Minecraft, and Discord all at the same time with no issues.

What's the point of a laptop if you have to carry around something extra like a GPU?


I personally got a laptop from OriginPC and it is wicked fast (i7 and 1050i) and really thin.

Honestly, I would not purchase one. I have a MacBook air 2015 edition and I only just recently got an actual pc. In my experience, they overheat very easily when having multiple programs open at the same time (Chrome, Discord, Minecraft, etc.)

the Acer Helios 300 looks good you would have so more money left over for externals too.

I am not an apple user so for me personally I would avoid them


I use the Lenovo ideapad 330. It is good for example doing hw, playing mc and that sort of stuff however the battery is total trash it might last about 3h if charged fully
