Hello, I am wanting to invest into a laptop in the somewhat near future. I dont want to spend to much but I want it to have the capabilities to meet the needs I want. These are, as follows:

Mainly Photoshop
Light Gaming (MC, from time to time)
Other Graphic based Programs

Thats it really. As my needs are not as big, I think a budget of at least below $250 is fair. But I dont want to spend it all if I dont have to. It just has to be sufficient for these criteria but work at a fair speed

PebbleHost
High performance, consistent uptime and fast support. Minecraft hosting that just works.

Advice: Dont use a laptop under ANY circumstances, For what you need you'd need a decent Desktop PC with around 8GB ram. Laptops Break very easily (As shown with mine) and can be a hastle to run. I've took my Laptop for repair 4 times in 6 months, Each taking around 1 week to fix.

Under any circumstances? How about school, portability, work. Laptops don't have to break very easily. They do if you use them like an idiot.

Completely agree with you man. I have a more than capable PC but I want to do commissions on the go and it will obviously tie into other areas in which I need it.

Its nice to purchase a semi cheap laptop, as then you can throw it around and wouldn't mind taking with you to actually use.

I think your budget is great. I've got a $900 laptop and I usually am afraid to bring it to places (such as school). -- This is where I wish I got a $200 one.[DOUBLEPOST=1498596154][/DOUBLEPOST]

Thats a pretty good deal, and I might actually consider that for myself.
I have a Lenovo laptop now, and I used to have a thinkpad in the past and it was indestructible.

I would suggest this to the OP.

That is a very valid point. I just want a laptop that will get the job done and be good enough yet not too expensive as of the lack of money I currently have.

People saying you need to get a pc need to just shush for once. I travel a shit ton and have to do a lot of work on my computer constantly and I enjoy gaming so I got a nice gaming laptop which handles all my needs for school, gaming, music production, game development, and video editing and its portable. I've also had this laptop for over 2 years now traveling at least once a month and never had any problems. You should check out the cheaper Asus models they're pretty nice.
