Looking for a PHP / Laravel dev for a website I'm trying to create. I don't plan to use an NDA but will ask for correspondence to not release anything prior to releasing any information to your self. It's not a new thing but the code you will produce cannot be released anywhere else. That is definite.

More information can be provided for genuine developers who can make me something half decent. My budget is not massive but I've had 3 quotes from alternate places and they are all in a certain range, I don't work with 'Budgets'. I'm looking for quotes. - I will say I'll consider it as I'm looking around currently.
