Howdy.

When you try to upload large cover it just gives you this little error message:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 45000000 bytes) in /home/mcmarket/www/library/XenForo/Image/Gd.php on line 86

It would be nice to
a) tell the maximium size of covers
b) add a better error message

Thanks.

Oh, when uploading a cover. I thought you meant on a thread for some reason, haven't slept in 22 hours, sorry!

Thanks for this, I'll move this bug to pending so that we can look into a fix in the future.

Thanks

This is something that I've briefly looked into and have found that this bug no longer exists (or at least I haven't been able to replicate it).

If I am mistaken and this is still an issue, then it's likely that our migration to XF2 that's occurring in a little while will fix it anyways. If that's not the case and even on XF2 the issue still persists, please open another bug report and link to this one in it.

I'll move this to the bug report archives, thank you for reporting this issue!
