Large Factions Server Recruiting Staff Members (Trial-Moderators and Moderators)

Hello! My name is feasty and I am one of the managers for a large Factions server. The server is planning on expanding into a network with Skyblock in development.

We have launched our first map a few weeks ago and peaked ~200 members. At the moment, we are working on polishing the server before releasing its second map.

We are looking for as many staff members as possible (mostly lower-tier staff members). There are many opportunities for upward mobility on our staff hierarchy, so we hope that experienced staff members also apply. This is also a great opportunity for aspiring staff members without much experience; our management team is open for 1:1 mentoring, allowing for first-hand experience.
