Large Hub - 4 Portals [GREAT CHANCE]

Hi guys,

LawlessMC decided to abandon its hub project, therefore we have no use of our hub.
The hub was ordered by us from the building team Arkanbuilds and we spent a great amount of money for it and its a really great and big hub!

The requirements of the build I sent to Arkanbuilds is as following:
Code: 
Well the hub is going to lead to a Prison, Skywars and a factions server and a kitpvp server which is to be added.
Would be good if the color Red (dark) and gray would be frequently used.
The name on the network is Lawless MC.
Would be awesome if you could implement a hint of "lawless" into the hub hehe.

oh yeah would be great if you could write what is what over the portals in a cool fontish.

A open middle would be nice, like not to crowded and easy to access to the portals. Yeah that could be awesome
For instance an icon with prison bars.
beside the prison one.

As you may see from the screenshots, most of my demands were met so this hub is really nice and the color preferances can easily be changed :)

Its the buy it now price. The main reason it is $150 is because back in the days I paid ArkanBuilds the double, because I needed the hub within 4-5 days. :) I hope that helped answering your skepticism :D

I've worked with Arkan.

I got a $150, well they showed me the pics of it, it was horrible. Their a good build team, but one of their best builders just left and their craving for interns.

Ive only had one encounter with them, and that was for this project. This was ordered somewhere between January - March 2014 :)

No, I am not trying to advertise my team by saying this (they're on holiday for 4 weeks anyway), but my team and I'm sure most other teams could get something like this done in 4-5 days and charge $100 max. Keep in mind our team is made up of 2 people, and each one works on separate projects most of the time. Not going to make accusations against the team that made this, but they did charge a bit more than its worth.

Later during the biding process it might, and probably will reach $45 - however $45 is a lot to start off on such a build (not saying its bad). Starting bids are meant to usually start quite low compared to what you are planning on selling it, I'd suggest maybe $15 or so to start?

Just a suggestion.

Arkan always charged more than it's worth. They are highballers thinking they can ripoff people because they are popular. It really get's me mad.

Ive also worked with several members of the ABS, and few of them charge as much, but their quality is great:)

I'm pretty sure detail and size are the only things any builders/build teams charge for - that's what we charge from anyway. But the per hour? So if they're feeling lazy you get charged more? Hm

Not to be hating on them but this doesn't sound great so far :3
