Large Project (Online Sites like Shoppy/Selly)

I am looking for a web developer who can do a website like shoppy/selly. Not a site for me to sell my products, a site for users to signup and sell their products. I understand it's a huge project. My budget isn’t so small, I agree it is a rather big project but i’m not wanting a ton of features that are difficult to do. I think for what i’m asking my budget is great.

For the size of the project you want to make "less than a thousand" will not cut it. You literally said in your post you wanted to compete with large companies such as Selly. Just the site without anything else should cost you more if you want a well-made site with decent security.

Right, I understand what you’re saying, but i’m looking to make a more simple system. Shoppy uses a highly advanced system that is extremely unnecessary, while selly’s system is a complete mess.
