The top layer of the map will be all biome types, except nether and end. Nether will be the middle biome type, and end will be the bottom biometype.

Random chests will need to be scattered throughout the land, hidden in places people can get to
without needing to break anything, and some that will need to have certain things broken
to discover.
Players on the server can mine all ores
(gold,iron,coal,lapis, diamond,red-stone,emerald,nether-quartz)
Players on the server can dig certain materials.
(Sand,Clay,Gravel,Soul Sand)
Players on the server can chop all Logs.
Oak-wood, Spruce-wood, Birch-wood, Jungle-wood
Hoes are useless in this server, except for specific farmland areas
they can rent outside/near the settlement.
keep these things in mind when you are building, it may allow you to
create traps and hidden surprises for players to find the chests.
They will be randomly generated loot that will dissapear for all players
when the chest is found, and return on a randomized time of 5h-2d.
