• We have had 10+ successful maps all made a lot of profit
• The server opened up January 2014
• It is an enhanced factions server
• Note, I took a one year break from it, however started it back up a week ago (I am basically selling the new version)

• We have made over $75,000 in sales
• Most of this has been profit and there have been some chargebacks which were won by us
• About $1,700 was made on our March 30 Map, in under 3 days

This is basically everything I have to bring today.
I am selling this server as I am simply not motivated by minecraft anymore, and would like to give an incredible server to someone who has more passion for it than I do.

What jar is the server using?

It is similar to FrontierSpigot, basically a re-make or it, custom for only myself and very similar to Vanity’s current jar, but just a bit older.

In that case doesn't that mean Vice owns the rights to the logo etc and you don't considering Neomiyah sold it to Vice first?

Nope. The Hyverse Neo sold to Vice was later rebranded to LevaniaMC and totally forgotten. Furthermore, this is the OG logo and player base, while the one with Vice had a different logo/files/playerbase and was very different from the original Hyverse which I bought. I was with Neo since the beggining of Hyverse, and we worked on it before rebranding to Hyvast and then splitting apart. I am selling the “.me” not the “.net”.

Hyverse seems to be sold to Vice, hence Vice has rights to Hyverse & art.

This meaning the founder/owner sold it first to Vice, so the rights transfer to Vice unless a TOS states other wise. But than the owner/founder re-sold it to you? Even though it's been sold to Vice and he holds the rights?

Vice owns the new Hyverse, it has a new logo and new domain. I am selling the Hyverse with the old players and the “.me” domain which I grew and got me these results. I owned Hyverse before Vice, but never had access to anything, and Vice never grew Hyverse, rather he rebranded it into Levania and just used the domain to point to it.

I’m not selling “.net”, I am selling “.me”, or the server that I purchased from Neo and rebuilt from the ground to regain all the OG players and artwork. Vice has new artwork, and his Hyverse was rebranded to Levania, and does not relate to this in any way, shape or form.

Also adding.. Your donations don't make sense.. I ran a small 10-20 pb server and made 2k in 2 weeks.. How did you only make 1k-5k with a supposedly 300+ players..? Just doesn't make sense.

On top of it.. when I did own 300-500 playerbase networks. I was making 10k-15k a month easily..

I don't think I am confusing what you are saying. But either way you have no rights to Hyverse art / name.

Hyverse has been owned by me ever since 2014, but officially since 2017 (long before Vice). The simple fact that Neomiyah decided to resell it to get more money, does not relate to me. If anyone owns Hyverse illegally, it would be Vice.

We never got around to completing that deal. I sent him his half and then he disappeared for a while. We got back into contact recently, but he said he can't give me the hyverse.net domain anymore as it was sold to Vice. I was only able to obtain the .me domain and the server rights as you can see. He claims to have sold the hyvast.me domain, but basically the way I got the rights for the server is via the merge and the transfer of the hyvast.me domain to him as well as 50% of Hyverse as the deal above states.

Another recent screenshot after getting back in contact. He wishes me "good luck" and seems to be totally fine with the fact that I am releasing Hyverse, and he should be, as I am the true owner of it ever since 2014, but officially 2017 because of the deal. I can't provide proof from 2014 as that is just Skype and Skype does not have a feature to Ctrl+F.

For those of you wondering why the profile pictures are different, the account from 2017 was his old account, and then he completely disappeared and vanished from that account. The new account from 2019 was the one below where you can see me message him in regards to the logo.

Hyverse was developed in such a way, that we could recreate the good old days of Minecraft. I am sure if you want to use it as a "profit machine" and monetize it in clever ways, you can get even better results than the ones you listed above. I did not focus on making the server P2W in any way, but rather a fun and enjoyable place for everyone.
