Large Server thoughts [10,000+ monthly]

Im just wondering what a server with the stats below would sell for.

#1 (factions)
250 players on average and 400 on release
$5000 monthly
Well made plugins and unique ideas

#2 (factions)
180 - 230 players on average on release
$6000+ per map (about month)
20 tps on release (350 players)

Also if you know people that are trying to buy a server of this size and have the budget tell them to contact me.
