Is it a prison spawn?

It was made for a prison but I believe it isn't really good for a prison because of the sheer size and it only has 2 mines (On in a cave and another on top of a hill) I do also have like 20 prison mines but I don't think anyone wants to buy them

That depends. if the quality is at all decent you'll have no trouble selling them for the right price.
