Large Youtubers, Large Budget - Managers wanted

Hello,
I'm looking for some large youtubers, I have contact with a lot of large youtubers but I cannot find anyone interested in Factions or Prison. When I say large I mean 30k+ views per video, if anyone would be able to help me get in touch with youtubers of that size I will return the favour. Managers seem to be the easiest way to get in contact with youtubers but again I have a few on Skype and I cannot get anyone interested in Factions or Prison. As said I have a large budget so money isn't the problem. I'm personally thinking this won't get me very far because as far as I know people aren't interested in sharing contacts, even for money. Whats your budget? I wanna know so I can reccomend some of them.

Budget - I can afford a large majority of youtubers, maximum I'd pay is $1500 per video. That obviously does not mean 200k subscribers, thats the maximum. I'm looking for views though ofcourse however, I'll edit the post now. As of now I have $6,000 for youtubers however I'd be making money as these videos are uploaded meaning I can continue a large series.

I meant 15-20

Deadlox I'm not really too interested in and SSundee supposedly takes a percentage of the server income & asks for an extremely large amount of money.

The point of this post is to get youtubers, I really do not want to go for sites such as .org.

Be more proactive about it and email Youtubers. Most who are available for this kind of thing have business emails listed somewhere.

I'm not an idiot, I have obviously done that. As said I have youtuber contacts. Quote from a manager I was just talking to "Business emails are fairly worthless I reached out to a fair amount of bigger guys on behalf of a client with $15,000 to spend and didn't get a single response". I'm sure with that I could easily get a few people but it still infers how hard it is to get a response from the bigger people via their business emails.
