Laser pickaxe plugin

I was trying to write a skript for a laser pickaxe and since I am not in this field it would take up to much of my time to make it.

How it works:
You are able to hold right click which projectiles an egg that will break blocks.

Condition:
Right click wooden_hoe with lore "&fLaser I"

On impact:
Not loud explosion with a 3x3 block break.

Needs support for the following:
Worldguard
Fortune enchant
Autopickup (https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/autopickup-1-16-support.70157/)
