Is there a GUI plugin that allows configurators to save variables made by the configurator?
For example, in the "Project Korra" plugin I want to use, there are 2 arguments that are needed to specify in order to bind an ability successfully to a hotbar slot.
/bending bind ability_name slot_#
Something along those lines. The job I'm looking to get quotes for to do the following depends on this. So only approach me if you know a plugin or a workaround to this.
WHAT AM I LOOKING FOR?
A GUI configurator that can produce an aesthetically pleasing and working tutorial/ease of use GUI for new players to easily bind abilities to their hotbar slot.
PICTURES/IDEAS I HAVE MADE IN SINGLE PLAYER
WHY IS THERE COAL IN THE GUI CHEST MOCKUPS?
I put coal as a placeholder for you as the configurator to decide how things should look like.
WHAT IS THE PLUGIN THAT YOU WILL BE RUNNING COMMANDS OFF OF/DEPENDENT ON?

1.8.8 Blocks only, ViaVersion will be used to let players join.

Although do note, that configuration takes time, and thats pretty much it to my knowledge. I'm only looking to pay for someone to come up with grunt work/do the painstaking task of writing a yml file to perfection with nice color scheme and description.
