Hello folks, Leafy here also known as Kian. Many of you know me from the MC-Market community and for most of you it is no surprise this thread has been posted, in fact it is overdue. I have recently got back into the management and staff area again and have recently been recruited for two servers peaking 900-1200 players. I have a lot of spare time on my hands and want to work on a primary project. I hope to become apart of something big from here and if you have not familiarised yourself with me yet I only am interested in potential and scale. Hopefully once you have finished reading my thread you will be confident with recruiting me with your staff needs. Sincerely, Leafy.

Why choose me?: I am an all-around staff member. Not a fake or uncaring, power-hungry staff member, a person you can talk to when you need support, help or just a little cheering up which I know I am more than capable of doing. I feel I am a fresh, unique and creative individual who will strive to be the best staff member & player they can be by frequently assisting players within our community and beyond. As I am soon to state below I have worked in many companies as "Creative Commons" meaning I have some pretty decent ideas which a lot of servers lack. I feel being an active player of our community enables me to tell the staff team and senior leadership what the server needs and what could be added through the eyes of a player. I am also a very professional man indeed and can also be humorous and a caring guy when our playerbase needs it. I am also quite an open individual and will share my success with others helping them with any of their needs. I overall feel I have a very striving attitude and fire which a lot of servers need within the staff team. I am not an inexperienced and unknown staff member within the employing community and am well-known for previous past projects.
Why am I different from others?: Purely down to the fact I am hungry for change. I am an all-around person with best intentions for your server and all it's player base. I have the experience, mindset and knowledge and working with the amazing staff team we already have I really think I could make a change. I want to make a change and have a passion for what I do which a lot of server's lack. I feel I could execute the role of staff perfectly with my positive mindset and determination to make a difference in the community. I am also a very creative person, in fact I have worked in many communities and businesses as their "Creative Commons" as stated before proving my attention to detail and great ideas. I also am a keen writer enabling me to talk with the community in a professional & respectful manner. I will provide you, your fellow colleagues and your players the best experience possible with my experience, passion and mindset.
My promise to you is to provide your server with the best experience possible. I am a dedicated and experienced staff member who will work the hardest I possibly can for you and your server. I will not disappoint and will definitely satisfy you with my service.
EXPERIENCE:
Hyperbian: This was a server that peaked 300-400 players daily with a huge forums. I worked there as a "Staff" member for 2-3 months until huge incidents occurred within the staff team. I decided to resign a few days before the server was sold to a new owner.
KSFSurf: If any of you are keen Counter-strike players you will know the surfing server "KSFSurf" most likely. It is a huge network for surfers ranging from 1200-1900 players daily. I worked here as an Admin for 3 of their surf servers.
Romebit: I worked at Romebit as an editor & manager. I managed article writers and was in charge of all advertisements and the revenue we made. It was a website that got about 700-1000 visitors daily. The other community manager was an overall scum and only cared about the income so I decided to leave.
Arkham Network: I applied there and my application was accepted 1 week and 3 days later. I had an interview via skype but they could not take me due to my age. Bearing in mind this was before they had the age of 15 as their limit. This still proves my application writing and professionality, however.
MineWing: I worked at MineWing for 1 months as the staff manager and was getting paid weekly. The server got around was upcoming. It was a great experience and I met some awesome people.
Abstract8: This is an upcoming marketplace where I worked as "Creative Commons" for 1 month. Basically I gave the leadership team ideas as I was hired monthly. I had a great time there and met so many great people. I came up with the name also.
Cloudox: I worked here as a brand director for 3 months until the project was closed. Multiple large owners were involved in this project such as Jnix, Godwin & Gryph.
Pvpingmc: I am a helper here. We peak 700 players and I work in the creative commons team. It has been a good experience and got be back into moderating.
ImmortalNetwork: I work here as a support agent. This is a hosting platform for server owners & managers. I feel I have learnt a lot of crucial support skills here and general values that will benefit me in the future.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Playerbase of over 75 (Exceptions can be made)
- A developed staff team currently avaliable
- Unique server with active players on each gamemode
- A decent budget.
