I love the domain but pretty sure it isn't worth this
You may be right! However, I'm basing my BIN on these two metrics:

GoDaddy domain appraisal: $700
EstiBot.com domain appraisal: $590

GoDaddy and EstiBot are inaccurate
They're the Top 2 free domain valuators online. I will trust their appraisal over your comment. Lest we forget the BIN (which is also a personal price point, not a fair market value) is priced lower than both of those valuations.

You can get region.rip for $15 rn. Going off of that, league.rip (could be popular due to league of legends and would be a good domain for a scripting/boosting service) would go for at most $50.

Domain appraisers online are shit, if you don't know this already you should read some threads on here in the domain section

Coming from someone in the digital strategy and web management industry, GoDaddy is a very good valuator for domains because it assesses more factors than most valuators (and certainly more than forum commenters do).

Comparing similar-length URLs with identical TLDs isn't an appropriate comparison. What's better is comparing identical URLs with different TLDs. For example, league.info sold for $637. League.rip would, as you correctly noted, be great for a League of Legends site, competitive league or other associated business. Thus, it's not completely outrageous that league.rip would sell for $400-$500 to a very interested buyer.

What I find really interesting is that I've received $200 offers for this domain several times, but long ago and well before I even considered actually selling it. I understand you're not my audience for this URL and price range. That's OK with me. But I kindly ask you don't trash my thread.

Fair enough, league.info targets a much wider audience than league.rip though, at least 10x more considering the amount of scripters in league. GLWS

While they are probably the two biggest by volume, they often far from accurate. I've had domains appraised at thousands sell for less than $100 (and the other way around). The actual top free place is probably at another forum (not sure if I can mention it, PM me for info). Sure, you'll have to wait, but it's far more accurate.

EDIT:
Even after searching for a while, I can not find a single recorded .RIP sale. The only thing of importance I've found is a forum thread where some respected domainers call it "one of the worst TLDs". While I do not agree with that, this is an issue. Why? Well, first of all, the domain appraisal tools you've used have 0 data to go off. I confirmed this for estibot, and considering how godaddy reports most of their sales, I'd assume they are no better. But, I've already discussed how these bots are not that good, so let's ignore that for now. What the sale numbers (or lack of numbers) indicate is that the market is small. If I were you, I'd lower the BIN to maybe $50. If you're lucky, you might be able to get more, but I'd play safe if I were you. PM me for sources/info. GLWS!

There are only three recorded sales for the .win TLD valued above $200. If I were you, I'd lower the price a bit.

Both valuators are highly inaccurate. If I had to guess, I'd say that SB $50 and BIN $250 would be much better suited.
