Is anyone willing to teach me how to make a plugin, I have tried so many times, I just dont' understand how, is there anything anyone will show me for free?

Spend a few years actually learning java. Then come back here and learn to make a plugin. You’ll thank me later. You won’t get far if you learn java by writing plugins.

Note: you will not learn java in 30 minutes. I’ve been taking AP computer science from my high school all year long now and I still wouldn’t consider half of them as having learned java.

You won't learn it in 30 minutes but I passed the ap exam without ever taking the class. You can learn on your own.

I’m going to save you a ton of time. Don’t learn from YouTube videos. It will teach you VERY BAD habits and will make you a terrible team player. You will never get a job from an interviewer with any skill whatsoever. Go to the bookstore, buy a book on java, and learn it that way. Videos will get you into the habit of copying code. And you don’t want that.

Start by learning the language itself. Programming is not that hard but learning to program and write good code is hard and needs a lot of practice and actually writing code. Learn the language itself then make a useful application out of what you learned. Don't forgot to learn about OOP concepts as well. Once you've learned OOP concepts and Java properly (I should say learned how to code in general and have an idea what are you doing.) you'll even be able to learn other similar languages with ease.
