Learn to make server logos?

Where could I learn to make server logos. Like the 80x80 logos that show in the server list. I don't really see myself as a creative person and I don't really know how to create something that looks nice. This is what I could do.

Youtube is probably the best way to go.
Probably learning about shading & form and shapes could help too.

If you have the motivation to actually learn how to draw, I don't mind mentoring someone. But, of course I'm offering you a more long-term option. If your only goal is to quickly get into server logo design as opposed to actual fundamental drawing and design skills, there are Youtube tutorials.
