Been wanting to learn how to draw since a few years back but never committed to it. I've got an ipad pro with an apple pencil and is using procreate to draw. What resources should I use to work towards creating stuff like https://www.mc-market.org/threads/325675/ ?

I'm aware that I wont be able to do stuff like that for a long time but my goal is to get to the point where I can just draw for fun without struggling too much.

Practice, practice, practice use a lot of references and have patience!
Yea I know, and I'm ready to put the time in. I just want the right resources and such to help me progress. Without the resources I had with learning Java I never would have continued with it.

Being an artist is not the same as being a developer, there's not much in resources in art. An art journey is very personal and not linear like coding is, depends mainly on the inspiration you want to go for. That's how you'll get your own art style, it's a very long process though.
If you want to follow the kind of art you linked, you can do studies of it, copy it or use it as reference. When I started out, I used a lot of references of artists who inspired me.

You may also want to try these kind of tutorials, or any artistic tutorials that you're more inspired at. There's also a lot of tutorials you can purchase on gumroad and cubebrush, but all depends on your inspiration and your own path to follow.

It is a lot of hard work though.
