After working with him for over a week, I can honestly say I do NOT recommend anyone purchasing his services.

TLDR; Doesn't respond, does nothing and most likely a scam

When first discussing with him I found it kind of weird what he was offering however, I gave him the benefit of the doubt, and that was most likely my mistake. Firstly, he was pushing for a payment, as I was working and busy during the day he would send me 3 messages back to back asking for about the payment because at the time my paypal was having trouble.

After the payment? Little to no response, often left on read and I have to double or even triple message him at times to get a response. After confronting him about his behavior he has made open ended promises and hasn't shown ONE thing being done to help the server I am creating reach where I wanted it to

Not only this but when first making the payment I told him I'd pay him in two weeks because thats when the server would be done and he ended up saying he needed the payment two weeks before the server is going to release. Then all of a sudden he needs time to do things? Not only this but two weeks is almost up and he's done NOTHING

I don't even know if I can open a scam report at this point but I'm pretty sure this is borderline a scam so I'm going to go ahead and open one anyways

I'm working with him right now, he replies to me and I have paid in full.

We will see how it goes once we launch, just pay with a credit card, if all else fails and he is scamming you, then you can open a claim. I do see where you are coming from as he doesn't really explain his tactics, however after careful consideration, I believe that he chooses not to share because he doesn't want to lose business to us just doing it ourselves. Either way, if he is a scam, I will be sure to get my money back and open a report. But as he really hasn't given me or you a solid reason, I wouldn't open one. I got scammed and lost some money a couple of weeks ago, and after opening a claim with my bank I was just reimbursed and the scammer as far as I know probably owes the money now, hahaha. Take screenshots of all of our conversations, it's always good to be safe, but as far as I know, he's a good guy with good intentions however it's always good to cover yourself
