I have rackspace with Hetzner that I'm only using a small amount of for a few personal projects.

I'm considering leasing some hardware out fairly cheap. The idea of this would be to just cover my colocation costs and not to make profit.

Any replies with the kind of hardware you would like to see, as well as monthly pricing would be great. I have access to quite a number of Sandy Bridge CPUs which will be coming out of an office shortly as they are upgrading everything.

Right now I just have some low end hardware that I'm using for personal projects.
However, I'll be getting some Sandy Bridge CPUs over the next week or so which I'll be using. These will all be good for running Minecraft servers.
I'm just really looking for a fair price to sell these at :)

What are the specs of your low end hardware?

I'm using two boxes with Xeon L5520 CPUs and 16GB RAM at the moment which works great for what I'm using it for.
The hardware I'm getting will have a much higher single thread benchmark than the L5520 though :)
