Pterodactyl allows you to set CPU allocations. So each instance on a 3900X is allocated 200% (two threads, one core). No individual instance is allowed to use more than one core maximum. So even if all 12 people on a node are using a full core, it won't impact them.

This does not mean they get their OWN core though, they might all get assigned the same core. You can't say "Client A gets Core 0, Client B gets core 1," etc
