LegadoNetwork | Need devs, admins, helpers, and manager

LegadoNetwork is looking for staff to join our network, the positons we're looking for are the following:

Developer (3): MUST HAVE KNOWLEDGE WITH JAVA (Spigot and Bukkit coding),This is a PAID positon (by plugin created and by percentage of donations) you must have at least 1 years of experience. MUST BE AT LEAST 16 YEARS OLD!

Staff Manager (1): Manages staff team, in charge of hiring's, promotions, demotions and staff interviews. The head of staff a good person to look up to you. Will be in charge of everything staff related. MUST BE AT LEAST 16 YEARS OLD!

Administrator (1): helps manage the staff (with the Staff-Manager), has control over the staff team and staff decisions, also helps out with staff meetings and assisting any questions that the lower staff need.MUST BE AT LEAST 15 YEARS OLD!

Helper (6): Helps with the basic moderation of forums and in-game chat, keeping the server clean and fun for all guests!

Builder (5): Helps build everything on the server!
The developer position is the only paid position on the server as of right now, that may change in the future

So do you have a budget for developers already or are you going to be relying on the hope that you get donations to pay them?

This just shows how little effort this person puts into posts (If they put in a post thats 90% copied, how do you expect them to run a fully functional a good server which is like A TON more complicated)

Considering youre taking on account that our server is gonna be bad due to a copied thread but you have yet to see any of our information shows the maturity level you have on the account of contacting someone. I will change the thread as time continues i just dont believe youre very smart, mature, and youre ignorant.
